Booker T. Washington Alumni Association, Inc. selected Shajaesza Dhakhai Diggs as this year’s scholarship recipient.
Shajaesza is a 2017 cum laude diploma graduate of Robert E. Lee High School.
Shajaesza plans to attend Blue Ridge Community College in the fall to major in Neuroscience and Forensic Anthropology.
Shajaesza is the daughter of Charles Golden and Shajaesza Diggs.

Ms. Naomi C. Jones
Naomi C. Jones is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Jones of Staunton, VA.
Naomi is a graduate of Riverheads High School in Augusta County, VA.
Naomi has been accepted and will be attending James Madison University this fall.
Naomi has a passion to give back to her community and to pursue a nursing career.
